What does Uni-level, Matrix and Binary Mean ?
A uni-level program is one where you enroll into a networking business and recruit others as partners. Each partner becomes an independent business center for you. It's almost like you started a franchise and are now setting up independent franchises under your franchise banner. Each partner becomes what is called an independent leg under your business. Each of your legs function on it's own.
A matrix program has a predesigned structure with a set number of open boxes. As people enter your business you place them in the next open box. You can also place them under a person that you have already positioned in an open box. Now as you place new people in and your recruits place people in, the boxes fill up. When all the boxes are full the matrix is complete.
A binary program works on the principle of 2's. You recruit at least 2 people (or more), and help them get 2 people. The power of 2 multiplier effect takes place and a strong business can be built.
Seems the Reach2 Teach2 concept, would lean more to the binary form of MLM. In reality the concepts addressed on this site will work for any marketing plan.
If you are working a uni-level program where you are advantaged by building wide. You still have to get your first 2 good people to get started. Once you get those 2 duplicating, then you move to get the next 2. Remember, you might have 10 people but if they don't meet the definition of good people you have no one.
The binary program in our opinion provides the most motivation for team building. As each person builds their team, they are helping other people to build theirs. I was always taught that "Team work, makes the dream work."
No matter which program you use, build it 2 people at a time. Reach 2, teach those 2 to get 2 and thus build a thriving Health and Wellness business.
