Is it hard to find 2 good people? Yes! Finding 2 people is easy, but 2 good people is the challenge. Marketing stats show that the average person in MLM recruits 2.3 people. So we see almost everybody can get 2 people. Everyone has 2 friends or relatives who will help them in any venture. That is why the average is 2. But we have to get back to the point of 2 good people.
To find 2 good people you have to learn how to sort. First of all you, yourself have to be a good person.
Good Person Definition:
1. You must have a burning desire to do something special with your life.
2. You must have a desire to make a difference in the lives of others.
3. You must be persistent.
4. You must be goal oriented.
5. You must be patient.
6. You must be disciplined, dedicated and determined.
7. You must be coachable (willing to listen and learn).
8. You must share.
9. You must work.
If you don't meet these qualifications you must work on yourself to acquire them. As you reach for them you will attract other good people with these qualities. Note, you only need two.
You might bring in lots of people, but remember we can only count the good people. Your job doesn't start until you have 2 good people. I know people who attest to bringing in tens of people with no success. Once we analyzed their failure, we realized that none of them were good people.
The numbers below are illustrative of what could happen, if you found 2 good people and they did the same. If you started in December to work on getting 2 good people to start a business in January. Then the 2 good people you brought in did the same in January; and they each brought in 2 in February. Then each month the cycle continued with each 2 new people taking 1 month to find 2 good people.
